Bollywood made Mumbai a love story Adithi couldn’t resist. Even though she’s studying for an MBA degree, she’d rather miss classes to show others the “city of dreams,” one lively street at a time!

Aditi

An education researcher by profession, Aditi is back home in her beloved Mumbai after being away for 11 years, and is excited to rediscover its many secrets with visitors as well as other Mumbaikars.

Aditya is a Political Science student and has always been very intrigued and passionate about the city, its architecture, history and the many stories that accompany it. He likes to meet new people and have conversations with them about Mumbai and other things.

Aditya has lived all over India and travelled to a few countries but the one city he finds solace in is Mumbai. A supply chain transformation professional during the week, he turns history buff on the weekend and loves to take people around his adopted city.

Aniket is a lawyer practising at the Bombay High Court. Originally from Pune, he fell in love with Mumbai because of a Khaki tour and now he makes sure the city casts its spell on the people he hosts.

Anvesha

Anvesha is a student and also a passionate photographer and cinematographer. When she is not capturing compelling stories through her lens, she is telling compelling stories about her city.

Anvi

Anvi is a Spanish language expert, and a former Ambassador of India in the US as Rotary Youth Exchange Student. After travelling across the globe, she now finds joy in representing the city she grew up in to become an ambassador of its stories.

Aparna has brought to life many tales as a former HR Professional and a mother of three girls. She will now bring to life for you the hidden tales of Mumbai.

Arnavaz

Having worked professionally with NGOs that cater to the educational needs of underprivileged children, Arnavaz has a knack for unfolding her city’s hidden stories to visitors and fellow citizens, along with traveling and seeking new experiences.

Arun

Arun was born to be a historian, traveller and a story teller, and even though destiny propelled him into medicine instead, he totally believes in pursuing his other interests. So here he is, sharing his city with fellow travellers.

An architect and urban designer by training, Ashwin designs buildings, interiors and graphics with a flourish of his pen. And vivid experiences for travellers with a flourish of his moustache.

Bharat

Bharat used to promote furniture, chemicals and real estate as a marketing professional. He now markets the city’s heritage as a passion project after founding Khaki Tours.

Chetan has spent a lifetime looking at gleaming jewellery and diamonds in the rough. It's fitting that he now shares gems of the city's history and heritage with you.

David

David hails from the US state of New Hampshire, but has made Mumbai his home for the past 15 years. A management consultant by profession, he is fascinated by the city’s history and the collage of people and communities who have built the metropolis we enjoy today.

Durga

Durga is a media industry explorer by trade and a history nerd by passion. While she believes in embracing different paths (who knows, she might be conducting a walk today and filming a documentary tomorrow!), her love for Mumbai is constant.

Faredoon

Faredoon is a theatre persona, corporate trainer, certified Yoga meditation instructor and now an Ambasador of Mumbai. He brings all these abilities to the fore to bring out the best in people and situations.

Fayeza

A banker by profession but a story teller at heart, Fayeza is most thrilled to share the stories of this beautiful city. Her take? History is rarely straightforward; usually, it’s as twisted as her curls!

Hiral

Hiral is a Cognitive Science Researcher who loves to talk about all things brain and behaviour! On weekends though, she loves to narrate stories from her life and Mumbai.

Indranil is an investment banker, though he would rather research history and tell stories instead. Happily, that’s what he does on weekends with Khaki.

Jimmy is a professional photographer. When he’s not capturing frames, he’s either cooking or telling tales of the city.

Juzer

Juzer is both, a marketing professional and a history buff. He loves experiencing different parts of the world, including his own city Mumbai, and on top of his bucket list is a desire to travel to 100 cities before he turns 100.

Kaevan

For a writer and film-maker, Kaevan is, surprisingly, a man of few words. Except when he’s sharing his knowledge about the city to residents and visitors alike.

A social science teacher and travel and film enthusiast, Mrunmayee loves unfolding the stories and rich heritage of Mumbai finding connections between the guests and the city, making it relevant to each one.

On weekdays, Mujtaba is a Fintech wizard, navigating codes and algorithms; on weekends, he’s your gateway to Mumbai, navigating you through streets and past street vendors on adventures through the city.

Pankaj

Spends weekdays looking forward in time at Budgets and Forecasts as a CA. On weekends, he travels back in time to study History and Heritage. In between, he loves talking to friends about these topics.

Parineeta

A conservation architect by training, Parineeta has taken to her adopted city like a fish to water. Her love for storytelling and travelling comes in handy when she is regaling the guests with gems of stories from Mumbai.

Siddhesh is a health-tech professional known among his friends as the go-to history enthusiast. He effortlessly transforms any stroll through Mumbai into a captivating journey through time.

Siddhant is originally from Ahmedabad, the first world heritage city of India. He swapped sides from being a Mumbai heritage admirer (thanks to Khaki walks) to becoming an Ambassador himself, spreading the love for Mumbai's rich heritage one passionate step at a time!

Siddhartha grew up in a museum where his father was a curator, and so history and heritage run in his veins. A budding lawyer, he is our resident fount for everything related to Hinduism, food, railways and bus transport.

A sales and marketing professional, Sudhakar, when he is not extracting insights from data, is bringing to life stories around people, places, and buildings of Mumbai for travellers.
