About the Artist
Ashwin Tahiliani is an architect and urban designer who has travelled extensively with an eye for mundane stuff on this planet. As someone who’s been exchanging postcards since 2015, he started a lockdown art experiment on the very day India announced a closure. Since 25 March 2020, he has been creating artwork that celebrates India with one postcard - every single day!
He calls this experiment @atlaskeeda / ATLASkeeda. With a young, ubercurious team of diverse professionals, he has created hundreds of illustrations, each telling a unique story about India (and the world), non-stop since the pandemic began! It is ATLASkeeda’s mission to change the way people feel about India... one postcard a day.
