Over the years, as modern conveniences replace older traditions, we have almost lost the knowledge our ancestors had about the wild edibles that grow in our immediate ecosystem. At our online food workshop #ForgottenGreens, self-taught herbalist Shruti Tharayil invites you to reconnect with the wilderness around you and rediscover our wild edible traditions. In her session, she focuses on the basics of ‘Urban Foraging’ and introduces a few wild edible plants that grow commonly in our ecosystem.
Duration: 2 hours
Forgotten Greens handout be sent on email a day prior to the event.
