How did Europeans at the time of Columbus and Copernicus understand the outline of India’s coast? How was India depicted in early European maps from the medieval era? How was the Indian conception of cartography different from the European tradition? At our Online Talk #CartographicaIndika, collectors Sangeeta and Ratnesh Mathur answer these questions though their collection of antiquarian maps and present a view of India through cartography.
Please note: The event link will be shared a couple of hours before the talk
