#TheMarathiPantry - Our Regional Heritage
Online Food Workshop By Saee Koranne-Khandekar
Radio Partner - Radio City
What are the ingredients that define Marathi cuisine - the ones that are indispensable in every Marathi pantry? Do they vary from region to region and community to community, reflecting the differences in the many cuisines of the state? What makes a Nagpuri mutton curry different from a coastal one? At our online food workshop #TheMarathiPantry, food writer Saee Koranne-Khandekar, introduces you to the ingredients used in Marathi cuisine and provides a cookery demonstration on how to use them.
Duration: 2 hours
The Marathi Pantry handout will be sent on email a day prior to the workshop
